Students took part in the anti-drunk driving program Thursday and Friday, which includes a simulated drunk driving incident. Reply PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton high school students are taking part in Every 15 Minutes, a program that uses real-life simulations to educate youth about the dangers of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The two-day program, which is being held Thursday and Friday in Pleasanton, is an elaborate coordination between schools, students, municipal governments, and police and fire departments that has been used across the country for nearly 20 years.
